Looking for teammates. I created one for 30 year olds called “Let’s Do This, New Besties.” I mainly wanted it to be those in their 30s as I think we will have similar issues due to being a bit older. I know it’s harder to lose weight as you age and your metabolism starts to slow. Just looking for a supportive and active group.
