Hello all, I am going to do a 5 Day social media detox challenge where basically I'll just uninstall the social media apps (which is only Instagram for now) and stay away from it for 5 days. 

I've only kept it as 5 days because I've tried longer ones and failed miserably.. 5 days imo is pretty doable, and enough of a challenge.

So will anyone like to join me? 

You can choose whichever and how many ever apps you want to detox from. Could be Instagram, or Instagram + SnapChat, or include YouTube / LinkedIn as well.. up to you!
