Today I felt really bad and decided to write that letter to read it every day or especially during my saddest moments. It's written as a message to a friend and I would honestly tell that to every person who feels the same way. It's an amazing way of reminding something important to yourself. ...Everything is alright. It's a long journey, which includes both ups and downs. You can have bad days, weeks, maybe even months, stress, guilt, but it's not your fault. Your path may take more time, than somebody's else. But we all are different, right?
Every new day is an opportunity to start something: maybe from begging, maybe just to come back. A day, a week, a month - they are so small in comparison with all your long life. You've already started, so it's time to look back and see how much power you have and there's nothing impossible for you.
Please, be kind to yourself and get some more patience. You're the only person of your own, why do you waste your time on insults, doubts, hate? Please, love yourself, that is something you truly deserve. Yes, the times are hard for you now, but I believe you'll make it through. Future is always a mystery. Maybe it holds even more difficulties and obstacles. Therefore right now is the best time to get ready for your winding route.
You're not alone. When the time comes, you'll be able to ask for help. Surrounding life is extremely diverse, versatile and full, no need to waste time on a constant search of drawbacks. You are who you are. In grief and joy you always stay yourself.
Maybe you'll need to start all over again. But life is a cycle! When one door closes another one opens. At this moment of life you know more than you did before. You can make conclusions and take all your new knowledge and strength to renew your journey.
