So I’m a teen girl with back, chest and face acne… and I really want to get rid of it!!! 😭 Can it be caused bc I workout and sweat daily? I know it’s also bc of my hormones and stuff, but how can I take better care of it? I have pretty balanced diet and have also tried out all kind of tips and tricks from YouTube. My mom and dad say that I’m just overthinking and I should just let it be, but they have perfect skin. 😭They don’t understand it! 
I feel so embarrassed bc of my skin 😔 (especially my face) If you have any tips, pls let me know!
