I’ve recently been formally diagnosed with migraines although I’ve been battling them since I was probably 8 so I’ve been battling them for 11 years now. I do have some methods to somewhat relieve them. But they are very persistent. I am on a new medication but the thing is it takes effect in 4-6 weeks so I’ve been struggling especially with working out. I get super nauseous when I have migraines which is almost everyday so it’s hard to be motivated to workout. Is there anything that can help relieve my migraines at least a little bit so I can still workout? If you guys have any suggestions that would be great! I really need to be active aswell because I also have joint issues which does make is difficult at times but if I’m not active it’ll just make it worse so I need to keep active. So any advice would be great 😭
