Advices on workout programs?

Hi, I am new here and just started working out, so as I've written in the title I need some advice ^^
I started with the 2020 2 Weeks Shred challenge, but even if I was trying as hard as I could to stay consistent, I felt like it was too difficult (as level of training) for me and I always felt discouraged, reason why I started taking 1 to 4 days rest in between each day of exercising. . . I know I should work on discipline and try to stay more consistent, but I really felt like this challenge just wasn't for me at this moment ;-;
So, today I officially stopped the challenge (after 3 days rest) in order to start another one, maybe a little longer but more beginner level? And I don't know which one to choose, I just know that I feel kind of bad for giving up because it feels like a defeat, also because of the progress I made during this last challenge. . .
I really want to be able to complete my next one, so please any advice is appreciated!
