It’s hard not falling for social media standards of beauty, i battled with an ed when i was a teenager and now i fear that as a grown 25 year old i might become obsessed again… i started a diet and will workout because i’ve been neglecting my body for years now and that also counts as a form of self hate, even my nutritionist told me i could develop diabetes if i don’t start taking care so there’s that…

idk, it’s hard to keep a healthy mindset :( anyone else struggling with this? how do i stop feeling uncomfortable when i look in the mirror?
