I've recently been diagnosed with PCOS. I've changed my diet completely from what it used to be (super unhealthy, lots of carbs, unhealthy fats, sugars, etc. ) and I started Chloe's workouts roughly a month ago. I've been . . . kind of making progress the first week and then I started gaining a lot of weight again. I like doing Chloe's workouts because they are fun, despite being super difficult for me but, I'm just stumped and losing motivation because I'm not losing any weight (number on the scale), nor am I losing any inches. :(
I'd appreciate any kind of information or feedback. Thank you.
