I’ve been working out with Chloe ting work outs for about three months now. I’ve been enjoying it, feeling good. Around the same time, I started a new form of birth control (the nuva ring). I have been on and off different types of birth control since I started puberty-(I have had some sort of negative side effect on most of them - weight gain, increased pms, changes in mood). Since starting working out and the new birth control- I have gained alittle weight and I’m now at my heaviest.
- I’m not overweight, although it’s a bit significant because I am short.
- I have not significantly changed my diet. Trying to make small changes like less sugar,& carbs, more protein.
- I don’t think the weight is mainly from muscle.
-I feel stronger and healthier but I’m like 95% sure the weight gain is due to the birth control….
Any birth control options you felt like had the least side effects,—- the least weight gain. Please let me know about non/ hormonal BC options as well.
