Binge eating

I've been doing chloe's workout for a while now . I firstly started from YouTube and recently moved to app when i firstly used to do workouts i used to diet and a fast per month or sometimes week ,eating normally on school days i did not see any changes in my appearance even after doing workouts for a while and trying everything , got so demotivated that started eating like normal (no dieting) then slowly and slowly i started eating more than my usual and it just became an habit no tracking of sugar,calories or fat intake just eating whatever and sometimes just to cope up with my day or even when I'm full but want something to just eat and just to satisfy my taste buds but now again I've started the workouts but cannot get rid of my habit .i just eat whatever i want even after knowing it affects me and i feel so guilty even after eating normal amount of stuff i just feel like i should not eat anything and just starve myself ( maybe also because of bullying from even my closest ones or my trauma ) it has now become an part of me that i cannot get rid of ,i am always having thoughts about starving myself i know its not healthy but i just can't get rid of them thoughts and now even eating feels like a burden.
