I’ve always had major issues with birth control and weight gain. Every time I go back on it, I end up gaining 20-40 pounds within a year. I’ve been working hard to lose the weight with workouts, and while I’ve noticed some changes in my body, I still can’t seem to lose a single pound, even after dieting for five weeks before starting this routine. I mentioned this on a Reddit thread and was gaslighted by people who claimed I must be eating more and not tracking it properly. It’s crazy how little we truly understand scientifically about the female body.
