Is there a way to tell if you’re just bloated or if you’re gaining weight? The scale has been staying pretty much the same for me but my stomach constantly looks like it’s getting larger. I’m assuming it’s bloat but am overthinking it a bit, thinking my work has not been as effective as it can be. If it is bloat is there a way to prevent it?
