So, in 2025 I am planning to do a workout each day because I want to have a slimmer tummy and to be overall more fit. I tried a few random workouts I got from YT but after a while, it got boring because I didn't sweat anymore, it wasn't a challenge for me. The reason why I want to workout is the #1 thing I am insecure about is my tummy and I want to be able to wear certain tops without feeling self conscious. But today I found Chole Ting's YT Channel and her website and am very happy to find a community of people all striving towards fitness. For January I am going to try out the 2025 Weight Loss Challenge. If there are any suggestions as to which workout Programs I should do here please let me know.
