I wanna gain muscles so I decided to go on a bulk. Lately I've been trying to eat more protein and be in a calorie surplus and I gained about 2 kgs. But now I'm actually feeling kinda anxious about it. I went from 57 kg (start of this year) to 50 kg (last month) and now I have 52 kg (I'm 166 cm 17 yo). I don't wanna gain the weight back but on the other side I wanna build muscles.
Does anyone else also feel like this. What should I do?
