Yall I'm only eating 2 meals per day, but somehow I'm still eating 1700+ calories when I'm trying to stick to 1400. Anybody have any tips on sticking to a calorie deficit? I desperately want to lose weight, and this is the first time I've been able to consistently work out (I'm on my 2nd challenge, but have only lost maybe 5 lbs)
