So i don’t eat very unhealthy. i eat pretty balanced meals with a small dessert everyday. i try to follow the 80/20 rule when it comes to eating. my question is, if i stick with these food habits while doing the chloe thing workouts will i still get the results i want without going on a calorie deficit? (for reference i want to loose weight and belly fat)
