So I've been using skincare but its the Cetaphil and it's getting kind of expensive tell me one small bottle is $13 there's no way my parents are paying that much for a small bottle come on if I had my money I wouldn't waste it like that but it used to be so cheap so I haven't gotten it in a while might be years I have nice skin but I started to see dryness and i'm getting bumps on my face like not pimples but I don't know the word in Spanish it goes away but then randomly pops up and it's getting kind of annoying  because I feel not me when those pop up so any thing that helps with that would be nice. thank you :)
