So I just recently came back from vacation and idk what happened but all of a sudden my parents lifestyles have suddenly changed from not exercising to now wanting to.. and since starting my diet I haven't done any exercise or even been motivated enough to try, so I was wondering if someone would help me stay motivated on what I can do to exercise or even try at least? Since vacation I've gained more weight after all the food I've eaten 😭😭 if anyone has any tips or suggestions for a 32 year old woman please help me I'm in desperate need of help!!
