Recipes
A couple of my smaller meals from this week. First one is sliced up apple with cinnamon and 2 mini Hawaiian peanut butter jelly sandwiches. And the second is a chicken and spinich salad with spicy buffalo ranch sauce. They were amazing i typically eat smaller meals for breakfast and lunch and have a larger one in the afternoon full of protein and healthy carbs. I also typically have a light afternoon snack. This is what works for me personally. Also be sure your getting your protein and fiber, and nourish your body with a healthy fullfilling diet/lifestyle.
