You are a miracle worker. I got married a few months ago and only received my photos yesterday and I must say, your workouts have really helped me, not just lose weight but also look more toned.

My biggest anxiety, was not fitting into this dress, or my back looking awful. So I opted to do your 2024 hourglass programme followed by your 2020 summer shred challenge (4 week one). On the day, I was so happy when the dress fit. I felt amazing when I got complimented by guests and even strangers, but the best part was I felt amazing on the day. I didn't feel an ounce of anxiety about how the dress looked on me. I loved the way the I looked and I could not have done it without you Chloe. I can see the results of your programmes.
