Decreasing chest, the wrong way (long post ahead)

Hello, this is my first post here.
English is not my first language so I hope I am able to make myself clear.

As you can see from the Titel I have a Problem. But before i come to that you should know I little bit about me to understand that better.

First of all: I am underweight but I am NOT and I was NEVER anorexic. I am at the low end of a healthy BMI now.
I am only 150cm tall and in my late twenties.

4 years ago I started gaining wheigt. Since a bit over 3 years I started working out, after discovering Chloe.
I head to pause for more then half a year due to covid, but I have done a lot of her workouts and decided to do all the workouts she released.

Which leads us to my Problem:

I started to do Chloes 2018 8 week Summer Shred challenge in june. Suprising to me it felt way harder than anything I tried before. I am not able to do all exercises that well (I still can't do a "good" pushup und I go for low impact in order to not losing to much weight again), but I found it really hard.

I measure myself every half a year so I noticed, that after a while doing that workout my chest got smaller. . .

Since I am already very petit I feel kind of devastated that I lost 2cm in scope (I didn't dare to meassure before), since I am (or was) just an 75A.
Before I felt good about my body and the results I already got (already visible outer ablines).
Now I feel not as feminine (let alone beautiful and sexy) as before :/

Is there anything I can do to get my chest back in shape?
I stopped the programm after 4 weeks and I trie my best to eat more (I can't eat large portions but I try to eat more often than).
I eat everything (fats, sweets), but trie to eat healthy as well. I also drink 1-2 protein shakes everyday (half the recommended amount, since it would be to much otherwise).

I plan on pausing for at least two month and see how it goes.

Anything else I can do?

I am very sorry for the long post and very greatful for every little tip.

Best regards,
Katharina
