Discomfort during planks

Recently, somehow my planks have been very uncomfortable because it feels like my inners inside my stomach are rising to my throat. I just finished a workout and my throat is quite sore now. It never happened like this before unless i eat something before working out. I havent been eating anything and when i engage my core for a plank or hold my core in place, my inners were rising to my throat.

Please help, this never happens before and it happens occasionally.
