Any feel like no matter how hard they work out they just don’t lose the weight they want. Admittedly I don’t have a diet going and it hard to find one that’s easy and fits for me and I’m about to start my period soon. But I went on a scale and it said I gained weight. It caused a lot of emotions and discouragement for me… any have any advice or how to stay motivated at a time like this….? (edited by moderator)
