 Hi, I don't know if any of you have been through this, but I've been working out for a year. I can notice the changes in my body. But these are not noticeable in my weight, before I started exercising I was in 65 kg and now I've gone up to 70kg. I don't know why this is and also the fat in the part of my chin does not disappear either. Has it happened to any of you or do you know why this is due?
