So when I use my computer I sometimes get eye pain or strain it feels like it hurts its just in one eye I recently been noticing its only my left eye and not my right I went to the eye doctor for an eye checkup as usual not long ago like last year I think I don't remember she said that my left needs a little bit prescription and my right was 20/20 which is a good thing I also use the nightlight and try to keep my screen brightness low I never had a problem I guess it was during COVID when the screen time got to much due to online learning
