Hi guys! I need some advices. There are tons of face yoga videos on internet but I cannot decide which is good and which is not. Can you help me? I have a roller for my face I use it without knowing it with herbal oil sometimes. I don't wanna buy expensive stuff. I'm just looking for something to do by myself without anything extra or I wanna do that with natural, non chemical stuff which I can find easily. Hope I can find something. Thank you in advance :)
