I’m a very insecure person, and lately, I’ve noticed my face becoming more bloated, chubby, and round. 

Does anyone have any idea what I can do to maybe work on it? I’m curious and wanting to try facial excersises, but not sure whether or not it’ll work…
If it does, do any of you guys have suggestions on which?
