Where I live people mindlessly commenting on other people' bodies just because they are "worried" for them is pretty common. Though it is common, it is not right. I wore one of my favorite sleeveless shirts after completing one challenge. My body looks a bit toned but my arms look the same. I have some big arms and it makes me insecure, but an older woman pointed them out again and said how a full-sleeve shirt would suit me so much better because of my big arms. How do I manage people body-shaming me like this? I just can't seem to get these comments out of my head :(
