I have been working out with Chloe Ting for a month now and I feel great. I feel my core’s getting tighter and legs are more toned. Besides workout, I fast 18-hours and try to eat whole food as much as possible. The other day I got a comment from a long-lost relative saying that “you put on weight” which really made me feel disheartened about all the efforts I have been putting into this fitness lifestyle. I know that she was making an observation (no intention to hurt my feeling) and her comment doesn’t reflect my whole picture (working out and eating right). But it hits my nerve because it seems like my efforts are not showing. Should I have faith in progress and continue doing the right things? I feel really down and am second guessing my efforts now. So, your encouragement and advice would be greatly appreciated! Sorry for my negative feelings post. . 🙏🙏🙏
