Okay I need serious help, I just started working out after a slump and scrolled through a lot of before and afters on here. I was genuinely so proud of all the girlies and their progress but I couldn’t help but notice that despite weighing less than me they’re fitness journey took them a long time and that somewhat made me think it would take me even longer and made me somewhat disheartened. I’m just scared I’ll never achieve my goal of being healthy and happy with the way I look while still being in a phase of my life where I can enjoy it.
