Everytime I tried losing weight, i only lost motivation. No.Matter what I did, my sweettooth and procrastination never let me achieve it. Execept for once, some 4 years ago i guess. This time a video scared the hell out of me! It said exercise is important if you want.To be able to get up and be able to move in old age. That was my turning point. Its been 5 weeks that I startes this 2 week.Challenge for an event in after a week, but i cant seem to.Stop my sweet tooth.
In start the exercise felt unaccomplishable.. I lost in 5 mins, and add in 6 more minutes of warmup. But now, im able to do at least more in low impact. Im aiming for all in one! Fitness, health, better and stronger bones, and weightloss.
To everyone out there like me, YOU CAN DO IT! you just need a stronger motivation and target!
