I have this weird flat spot on my left butt cheek.  It was there when I was over weight and even with me consistently working out for 7 months and almost 40lbs down it’s still there 😭 I don’t know why or how to get rid of it.  Anyone else have this issue or know some tips on how to get rid of it? ?
