Hello everyone if ok could I get advice please sorry if in the wrong topic. I started this 7 days ago sticking to my 1600 cal a day. Sometimes under that a day. Iv been seeing the scales go down starting from 11st 12 to 11st 5 yesterday. Today I jump in the scale and Iv gained 2kg I’m devastated.  What have I done wrong. Been sticking to this like my life depends on it. Any advice would be most greatlful
