Getting Back Into Working Out After Falling Off

I made a conviction to myself to start the 2025 January challenge. However, I already fell off and ended up skipping several days of workouts because I didn’t have the energy, tbh I dread working out. But, I’m not giving up. I want to work out and stick to my goals.

I decided to change my approach and set a non-negotiable. Even on low-energy days, I have to do at least one of Chole Tings 5-minute warm-up exercise. It’s short and manageable, and it gets me moving. This small effort has made a big difference. 5 minutes is always better than 0 minutes.

Today was also the first day I successfully checked off all my habits on my habit tracker!!! (after refining my list and tracking for 2 months straight).
