hi guys I’m new here but have been following Chloe’s workouts forever, I struggle a lot with discipline and rules cause i had an ed before, I’ve recovered but because of that very reason it’s hard for me to restrict myself or force myself to workout im not sure how to fix that, my main struggles are procrastination and a lack of discipline, my goal for 2025 is to GLOW UP. Get ripped and toned and feel absolutely beautiful and gorgeous inside and out! Here for any tips ! You rock btw <3
