I’ve been very insecure about everything letley weight, hair, skin(acne), idk just everything overall and I really need to change and make a difference but I’m finding that I loose motivation very quickly and I’m not sure what to do to help with that because I go like a month consistently and then I loose that consistency and stop and I want to be consistent always, I have a lot of personal guaps id like to accomplish but I was wondering if anyone had any advice to help stay consistent!!
