Hi! Is there any way to glow up really fast? Like body, hair, face wise? 

I’ve been struggling with social anxiety and my looks for some years now. I’m working in a store now and it’s not so easy. I keep having the feeling people are judging me or are laughing at me. 

So I really want a glowup but I don’t know how to start or what I can do, do y’all have some suggestions and tips for me? Everything is appreciated!!
