Hi I'm looking for a light weight workout shoes as I typically workout barefoot but find certain exercises difficult barefoot as it doesn't (obviously) have much support. I do have health issues and would need a lightweight shoes with some soft cushion inside. If anyone has an recommendations that would be great. 

I do have a lot of sneakers but none that are also lightweight with good support.
