Hi !! So I have a 4b type hair and I don't know what to do withim it. Each time I exercise I sweat a looot and my hair get dirty. So my head itches but I can't wash it everyday because I don't want to damage my hair. And I try keeping  my (natural) hair braided or with corn rows but when I exercise it doesn't look good anymore and I can't keep the hairstyle for a long time. Do you guys have any tips?
