There’s been a pain in my hand right below my thumb and google says it may be due to the exercises.  I can’t get into any sort of long plank positions so I’m unable to do most of them either.  I’m on Day 14 too 🥲Don’t want to power thru it either cause I don’t want to damage my hand!
