Hey gang💔 I don’t know who told me this but when you lose weight do you actually possibly gain height? Because I’m 15 and already 181cm tall, and it’s one of my biggest problems because teens now kinda tend to be shorter than average where I live so I look like a freaking giant around them😔 

But I’m wondering if I was just lied to and I won’t gain height if I lose weight 🧍‍♂️
