I thought that maybe there are people here who had the same situation and someone could answer my question.  .  
I started training a month ago, my waist measurements before training were 74 centimeters,and after I completed the 2022 Summer Shred Challenge my waist became 70 centimeters.  Now I started a new challenge, this is 2019 2 weeks shred challenge I don't understand why this happened, there were no breaks between challenges, I only take breaks on rest days, my diet didn't change, it was the same as during and after the first challenge.  
Maybe someone can answer my question?   Thanks in advance.  .
