working out has really helped me with my mental health. i had a death in my family last month and i took time away from working out. i picked working out back up when i was ready and its really been a game changer. if i have a sad day, my boyfriend will remind me to workout because it really does help my mental health. so move at your own pace but remember that it can help make you feel physically and mentally better!

For me, taking as many breaks as i need during a workout really helps. Whenever I don’t feel like working out AT ALL, i go on pinterest and look up workout stuff/results/motivation. It gets me excited to exercise and keep on seeing progress. ♡

For me, taking as many breaks as i need during a workout really helps. Whenever I don’t feel like working out AT ALL, i go on pinterest and look up workout stuff/results/motivation. It gets me excited to exercise and keep on seeing progress. ♡

I used to have some mental health struggles and doing my workouts was a huge part of getting better. Trust me, after workouts you’ll feel much better and much more relaxed. It helps me feel happier in general and I sleep better.

You can take a break🌼 but what helped me to overcome stress and depression is thinking about how I want my body to look like🌼which really made me get out of the couch and start working out! hope this helps🌼

A thing that helped me was listening to favorite hyper music to start moving. Once you get that in a daily fashion, on some songs you do a plank or high knees on the beat. And if that leaves you wanting more, you'll be working out in now time. Stay strong! 💪 (edited)

You'll never regret a work out! 💕 but you'll regret not doing it! Plus you get endorphins after these work outs so it will lift your spirits and maybe make your mood better! 💖
