I’ve been doing the Chloe ting lean arms challenge for more then a week now and I’ve noticed some great changes like my collar bones are more visible and I can see some arm fat loss too, however I feel I’ve lost the most fat in my chest area. I’m already conscious about my chest since they’re pretty small but since I started the challenge I’m losing chest fat quicker then the rest of my body. I know you can’t target fat loss but is there any way to maintain chest fullness? Or am I going wrong with my routine and that’s why I’m losing my chest? I’m not really sure. I know my form is right bc I have my sister watch me workout to make sure I get it right so idk what to do. Any advice is appreciated.
