Life Advice
Some things in life require attention and a growth mindset to do them. I have an issue shifting from couch potato mindset to this growth mindset. It is just that I find it easier to be a couch potato and I find the growing part of getting to the productive mindset to be more stressful than anything. I have heard so many times that discipline is more important than motivation. But if I force myself to do something at all costs, just because it is planned or in my calendar, I find it stressful and I think it is really unhealthy. Yet, there are things that I would like to do, like declutter, and I do not have the energy to do this. It is too stressful for me. I have to go through everything and throw away things and it feels like emotions are going up and down like the dust floating in the air. I find it hard, or even too hard. Any tips to help me with this?
