Workout
I have found this a very strong topic for me I am doing wonyoungism and I exercise daily I used to overwork myself I would do the le Sserfiam workout which consisted of 100 jumping jacks 100 burpess 3 min plank walk outs 20 up down planks and 20 plank twists and 75 core crunches I did that everyday for 3 months and 9 other workouts a day but did not get much results but I have been using fitness coaches like Chloe and Growingannanas and I have gotten massive results I realized one session is enough a day and to also let your body rest so how long should I workout daily here some results from there workouts don't mind the typing that does not have anything to do with my results lol
