Hi, I was very disappointed by the choice of the team in this challenge (weight loss challenge 2024).  I joined and besides me there was 1 person in the team who apparently stopped training on the same day.  After my 4 days, I was no longer able to leave the team, now I finally managed to get out, but now I can't join until the end of my challenge.  This was my first experience, the situation is not pleasant, but I think I'm not the only one who has faced this.  How do you avoid such situations and what do you do in such cases?  Maybe I could have done something but I didn't know about it?
