I feel like I'm working out but eating a lot of sugary and oily food these days since I'm in India for summer vacations.  And in India when u go there it's just lots of cravings for junk foods.  And I hate it cuz I can't control them. . Plzzz help me with this and if u have any tips for controlling overeating plz let me know it would help a lot! ! !  🥹🥹Thank uuuu. . . . ❤️‍🩹

I can't control overeating but I'm working out mostly.
