I cant lose weight

 
Two months ago, I started a diet and then a 30-day Pilates challenge. During that process, I maintained a caloric deficit of 500 kcal and went from 86 kg to 74 kg. I waited a few days and then began Chloe Ting’s “Lean Arms” challenge along with 30 minutes of Pilates daily for 30 days, increasing my calorie intake to 600.

Now I’ve been doing both challenges for a week, and while my legs feel more toned, I can’t lose weight. Do you think I should add more cardio, like a HIIT video or jumping rope? What do you think is happening? It wasn’t that hard for me to lose weight before, and now I feel really frustrated. I’ve even been taking laxatives, and I still can’t drop below 74 kg. :(((((
