Life Advice
I am a student and the only time of the day where I get enough time and motivation to do workouts is early morning. I tried the 28-day challenge and completed more than half of it but then I fell to my old habits again. No matter what I do, I can't get myself to wake up early and complete my workouts.
I know I need to sleep early in order to wake up early, and I actually did that. But only for at most a week before I fall into my old habits again. What should I do?
